Projects

Client: a national food producer

Nobili represented the client during a tax audit as well as in an administrative procedure of challenging the notices of tax authorities. Nobili negotiated the application of a tax compromise procedure to the notices of tax authorities being challenged, which led to a settlement with the tax authorities.

Client: CERAGEM, a South Korean manufacturer of medical equipment

Nobili represented the client (debtor) and acted as external counsel to the Insolvency Officer in bankruptcy proceedings. The Group of creditors included the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine.

The project was listed among Top-50 largest litigations in Ukraine according to «Yurydicheskaya Praktika» 2014 ranking.

Client: RAPID KD – a construction company

Nobili represented the client (the debtor) and acted as external counsel to the Insolvency Officer in bankruptcy proceedings. Nobili supported in client in disposing of the creditor’s assets at top price and using the proceeds towards the claims of the group of creditors, which included the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine.

Deal value: USD 6 000 000

Client: a pharmacy network

Nobili represented the client on challenging the notices and decisions of the tax authorities in courts.  The dispute was resolved by the ruling of the Supreme Administrative Court, which invalidated the notices and decisions of the tax authorities in favor of the client.

Deal Value: about USD 480 000

Client: a national construction company

Nobili acted for the client in courts to challenge the tax notices of the tax authorities and the illegitimate actions of law enforcement agencies during the search on the premises of the client.

The tax notices of the tax authorities were invalidated, all client belongings confiscated during the search were returned to the client.
