On March 29, 2019, the IX Western Ukrainian Legal Forum was held, in which Natalia Tishchenko, managing partner of Nobili, took part.
Together, the speakers touched upon the issues of procedural changes in bankruptcy procedures, legislative innovations and perspectives for selling the debtor’s property and protecting rights of creditors. In particular, the subsidiary and solidary liability under the new Code of Ukraine on bankruptcy procedures were considered.
