10. Protection of employees in situations of bankruptcy and restructuring.
11. Conversion of bankruptcy proceedings, including out-of-court restructuring and working-out.
12. Application of the best interests of creditors test in practice.
13. Treatment of sanctioned enterprises in bankruptcy cases.
14. Relationship of an individual entrepreneur with the debtor and/or management bodies of the reorganized legal entity.
