01.03.2019 an unprecedented event which confirmed the openness of the state authorities to the dialogue was held. Round-table-discussion “Organization of insolvency officer’s activity” was initiated by the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, which stakeholders of the bankruptcy sphere were involved in.
The leading bankruptcy market specialists discussed the principles, the procedure for the creation and operation of a single self-regulatory organization, possible means for consolidating market participants, and the conditions and procedure for the appointment of the head of a future SRO.
Nataliya Tyshenko, managing partner of Nobili Law Company, expressed concern about the decline in bankruptcy cases and the amorphous of most market players, saying: “Each SRO must be created by involving each insolvency officers. Each insolvency officer must determine whether he is ready to continue his activities under other conditions, is he prepared to be part of professional cooperation?!”
