On February 6, 2019 V Legal Banking Forum was held, organized by the Legal Practice.
Natalia Tyshchenko, managing partner of Nobili, acted as moderator at the 1st section of the 4th session of the Forum on Problematic Assets.
Having such a chance, Natalia did not refrain from non-standard questions to the Forum’s speakers. Unfortunately, many of prepared questions about the work of the Guarantee Fund with problematic assets and the heated debates about this question were avoided.
