On November 22, 2018, the IV Competition Law Forum started, in which Managing Partner Natalia Tyshchenko would take part.
During the first session of the Forum there was a special panel discussion on “Bankruptcy and Restructuring. Ukraine Bankruptcy Code: Live in a New Way “, in which Natalia took part as the speaker.
During the discussion, the speakers discussed the most relevant questions about the innovation of The Bankruptcy Code of Ukraine and expressed their expectations about the consequences of the Code’s coming into force, but there is the question, which must be considered: “Will the Code help the debtors to live in a new way?”
