Nobili represented the interests of the client on reclaiming its property from a third party illegitimate possession. The client lost control over its property based on an invalid contract. The property was reclaimed based on a vindicatory action. The legal position of the client is supported by the Court of Appeal.

Nobili represented the client on collecting outstanding debt from the Kyiv State Administration, owned to the Client under the special education support program. The client’s position was upheld by the Court of Appeal.

Nobili represented the client on collecting outstanding debt under the supply contract. The legal position of the client was upheld by the courts of all levels, the amount of outstanding debt was recovered in favour of the client.

The legal position of the client was upheld by the Supreme Economic Court, the principal amount of outstanding debt as well as the currency depreciation losses and a 3% interest rate were collected in favour of the client.
